This dish is amazing, I love eggs but I'm really not a quiche person but my friend sent me this knowing how much I like fish and seafood. Well I made it last night for dinner and I can believe how good it was. The recipe called for just plain crab meat but I spent the extra bucks and bought a can of crab claw meat and I left the rest of the recipe as it was. Great quiche, I will make this again and find a way to make it on the grill next time. Sorry bit the picture isn't mine, my buddy sent it with it and he said they used imatation crab, barf....
