Crab Quiche

Crab QuicheThis dish is amazing, I love eggs but I'm really not a quiche person but my friend sent me this knowing how much I like fish and seafood. Well I made it last night for dinner and I can believe how good it was. The recipe called for just plain crab meat but I spent the extra bucks and bought  a can of crab claw meat and I left the rest of the recipe as it was. Great quiche, I will make this again and find a way to make it on the grill next time. Sorry bit the picture isn't mine, my buddy sent it with it and he said they used imatation crab, barf....

 

Ingredients:

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

½ cup mayonnaise

3 eggs (beaten)

1 cup of crab meat (or imitation crab)

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

½ cup milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

½ cup green onions (chopped)

salt (optional, to your taste)

pepper (optional, to your taste)

cayenne pepper (optional, to your taste)

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, flour and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in crab meat, cheese and green onions. Pour over pie crust.

Step 2: Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
