Snapper on the Grill

Some types of fish are just made for the grill. One of my favorites is red snapper. This simple grilled fish recipe gets a kick of flavor from Greek seasoning and grills up in less than 20 minutes.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Yield: Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

12 (8-oz.) snapper or grouper fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
24 (1/4-inch-thick) lemon slices
Tartar Sauce
Preparation

1. Rub fish fillets with oil; sprinkle evenly with Greek seasoning. Top each filet with 2 lemon slices.

2. Grill fillets, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with your favorite Tartar Sauce.
