
I made this last summer when we were down in the keys for a bunch of friends and they loved it. I used fresh dolphin, no not Flipper, because you can't get fresh sea bass easily in the keys in the summertime. I think it's best with Dolphin anyway. Give this a try and let us no how you liked it.
